Some units are booked 1-2 months in advance. If you have a date in mind making a reservation will ensure the unit of your choice. Depending upon availability, we are able to take same day reservations.
Yes. We require a deposit in order to lock in your reservation. Deposits vary depending upon the unit. Deposits can be paid in cash or by credit/debit cards via pay pal through our website.
Each unit has an inspection permit attached to it provided by the state of New Jersey. A & M Bounce A-Lot, LLC is fully insured, trained and certified through Safe Inflatables Operations.
Units are generally set up between 8am-12pm and evening pick up are between 5pm-8:30pm. We will contact you 24-48 hours prior to the date to make those arrangements.
Once we’ve secured your deposit we will lock in your reservation. If cancellation needs to be inforced due to inclement weather, as per state regulation we can NOT operate during inclement weather- rain, high winds, etc. Please understand your deposit will NOT be refunded-we have NO control over the weather. If you cancel your reservation for any other reason, your deposit remains NON-REFUNDABLE.
Each unit comes with specific regulation for safety and operations which will be provided to you upon delivery.
The remaining balance is due upon set up and delivery.
We prefer to set up on a level grassy area, as we need to anchor the unit in place securely. The area needs to be free of debris, wires, branches and animal droppings.
Most of our units plug into standard 110V outlets.
